What is The Elara’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
The Elara is a pet-friendly community and allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $50 per adult.
Are utilities included?
No, utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for all utilities.
*Note, residents are required to pay for trash ($7/month) and pest control ($3/month).
How much is parking?
Parking is $75/month and is an optional expense.
